Gregory Jack is a public sector consulting professional with a strong background in budgeting, economic development, program evaluation, and policy analysis. He is also a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach and enjoys coaching individuals, couples, and teams to maximize their efforts.
He has held roles across multiple levels of government, including the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), where he served as a Program Analyst. In that role, he managed a $55 million budget that supported collaborations between over 50 academic institutions and 15 national laboratories. He also led strategic planning retreats and developed tools to improve program evaluation efforts.
Prior to his federal employment with NNSA, Gregory was a fellow at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where he coordinated and edited language for congressional budget submissions. Earlier in his career, he interned with the Arizona Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting, where he arranged strategic planning meetings for 35 cabinet-level agencies and developed a tool to assist the state in determining its credit rating.
Gregory holds a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, where he was recognized with the Catherine L. Cooper Good Works Award. He also earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Studies and German Studies from the University of Utah, graduating cum laude.
In addition to his professional work, Gregory is actively engaged in singing with a local choir, composing and leading music for his own church congregation's choir, and playing piano. He has volunteered with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and previously assisted as a rehearsal organizer for the Draper Philharmonic and Choral Society.
