Josh Crawford Construction Scheduling Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Josh Crawford is a master of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and the architect of enterprise-scale project control systems for billion-dollar construction operations. With over 25 years of leadership in MILCON and Public-Private Partnerships (P3), Josh provides the forensic scheduling intelligence and Primavera P6 expertise required to drive complex federal infrastructure from concept to completion.
Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Development and Asset Management for the Air Force Continental Group (Mayroad), Josh directed the execution of over $100M in annual design-build capital investment. Serving as a strategic liaison to flag officers and the Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC), he utilized advanced P6 scheduling to ensure mission-critical alignment across high-stakes military portfolios.
During his tenure at Corvias, Josh oversaw more than thirty-two concurrent projects totaling in excess of $420M, specializing in the oversight of subcontractor critical path schedules to guarantee on-time delivery. Previously, as Director of Project Controls, he engineered the "from scratch" design and implementation of a Primavera enterprise system for a $1B annual construction operation spanning thirteen portfolios across six states. Reporting directly to the COO, he was responsible for the integrity of all cost control and critical path elements.
Josh’s expertise in project controls was solidified through the development of automated cost-loading systems and sophisticated index analysis models. He has a proven track record of professionalizing project delivery, having trained over 100 employees and executive leaders in enterprise-level scheduling while managing a graduated maturity model for Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and activity logic.
A licensed Utah B100 General Contractor, Josh also serves as an instructor for BYU Pathway, teaching professional skills to students in central Africa. Based in Salt Lake City, he remains dedicated to advancing the precision of military and public infrastructure through rigorous critical path management and resource-loaded scheduling.
