Meet Lance

Experienced finance and investment professional specializing in development finance, real estate capital markets, and fund structuring. With over a decade of experience, he has underwritten complex projects, managed investor relations, and supported large-scale development and infrastructure ventures across the western United States.

Lance has led the financial structuring of multimillion-dollar real estate and construction projects, overseeing underwriting, pro forma modeling, and capitalization strategies blending equity and debt. At Katerra and The Wolff Company, he supported an $865 million Series C raise and led financial due diligence for a $450 million development pipeline, optimizing returns and deal structures for institutional investors.

As Head of Finance at Kapture Prefab, he managed capital deployment and investor reporting, improving transparency and liquidity during rapid growth. Earlier, at Goldman Sachs, he managed an $8 billion public finance portfolio, and at PwC, he advised federal agencies on asset valuation and financial efficiency.

Lance earned a BSc. and M.B.A. from BYU and holds an active Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license.
