Ruchika is a strategy consultant with a diverse background in engineering, product management, entrepreneurship, and analytics. She brings broad-based experience in start-ups, non-profits, venture capital, and enterprise organizations with a passion for helping clients grow and succeed.
She began her career as a Software Engineer at Capgemini before joining GE Healthcare’s JFWTC Research Center, where she was the youngest member of a 150-engineer global team developing MRI imaging technology. After moving to the United States, she worked with nonprofits before earning her MBA from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business. During her MBA, she served on Cougar Capital’s $7 million VC & PE fund, represented BYU in national and international competitions, and graduated as a Hawes Scholar, the program’s highest distinction.
Following graduation, Ruchika founded and scaled a career consulting firm, building a team and expanding service offerings. She also gained product management experience at a B2B SaaS startup. Most recently, she completed a Business Analytics certificate at the Wharton School and joined Alpen Associates as a Senior Consultant providing strategy and management consulting services on the firm’s economic development initiatives.
Ruchika earned her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from one of India’s leading institutions. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling with her husband and child, cooking Indian cuisine, and decorating her home.
